About the Role

What you will do
Carry out inspection on switchboard, power point, capacitor bank and lighting and all other duties in compliance with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (IEE) standards.
Understand the environment, health and safety (EHS) requirements and processes for work tasks and the elimination of workplace hazards.
How you will do it
Provide consultation relating to electrical or any other safety legislation matters.
Liaise with legislation body on all electrical safety issue.
Diagnose the electrical power breakdown and propose solution during power failure.
Develop employees who are undergoing Chargeman/Wireman certification courses.
Conduct monthly inspections on main switchboard and factory electrical system.
Upgrade factory electrical facilities.
Assist, advise and review electrical design on products.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance work in the plant.
