Chargeback Analyst

Main purpose of the position:

Responsible for disputing and resolving chargebacks while maintaining reporting procedures by facilitating efficient communication between team members.  The analyst will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing E-Commerce sales data on a daily basis, identifying any trends and patterns of fraud and credit card misuse.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to disputes.
• Monitoring and reviewing e-commerce sales orders and accounts to identify any suspicious activity for potential fraud.
• Identifying and investigating any trends and patterns of fraud or credit card misuse.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks upon request, such as filing, following up on email correspondence, and data entry.
