This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Database Manager to maintain and manage member and branch data within Zoho CRM. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate records, importing data, and creating dashboards to help our team make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all data within Zoho CRM

Import and update data regularly (e.g., member info, group details, attendance)

Create and manage dashboards and reports for analytics

Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency

Work with the national and regional teams to meet reporting needs

Troubleshoot data issues and ensure the CRM is up-to-date
