JOB DESCRIPTION

• Promote and champion Disaster Management and Welfare Service programs and activities within the community
• Develop training and education materials to support community based training programs
• Conduct training, education and information dissemination activities within the community regarding disaster preparedness, risk reduction and recovery and welfare programs
• Coach & mentor volunteers
• Coordinate & support implementation of programs and activities
• Facilitate/conduct DMS and welfare service trainings.
• Ensure programs and activities adhere to Philippine Red Cross guidelines & standards, Philippine Law, Local Government & Municipality Law & standards
• Support and manage disaster response and relief implementation
• Evaluate current Disaster Management and Welfare Service programs and activities
• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing programs and activities
