You'll process order updates, cancellations, returns, and customer inquiries, maintain data accuracy, and complete assigned tasks efficiently while following established processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Performing data entry and order-level updates accurately and within expected handle times.
