monday.com is looking for a Channel Partner Manager Lead to build, scale, and lead our partner ecosystem in Mexico. This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, people management, and hands‑on partner execution, focused on driving growth through indirect channels.
You will lead a team of 5 Channel Partner Managers, own the Mexico partner strategy, and drive revenue through both high-volume sales partners and strategic enterprise alliances.
- Own and execute the channel partner strategy for Mexico, reporting to the LATAM Regional Partnerships Director
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Channel Partner Managers
- Build and expand a strong ecosystem of:
- High-volume SMB & mid‑market partners
- Strategic enterprise partners and system integrators
