About the Role
Join Our Team as a Channel Manager (Indirect Sales & eCommerce)
Your mission will be to develop and optimize the Business Partner network across the NASA region, driving growth through indirect channels and eCommerce while ensuring strong governance, performance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and develop Business Partners across the region.
- Drive indirect sales growth and improve overall channel performance.
- Lead eCommerce adoption and digital enablement with partners.
- Ensure execution of governance frameworks (The Epiroc Way) aligned with global standards.
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement actions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SCX, and Sourcing to ensure end-to-end execution.
- Promote omnichannel integration (offline + digital sales).
