Key Responsibilities:
• Build and strengthen relationships and partnerships with our distributors in Brazil.
• Coordinate IFF's distributors/partners in Brazil for the IFF Nourish portfolio, establishing and delivering annual revenue and profitability targets for this sales channel.
• Develop and monitor growth plans for distributors/representatives across various industry categories in the market, promoting products and concepts aligned with IFF's strategy.
• Strengthen and track our distributors' project pipeline and new business opportunities.
