· Minimum Graduate: MBA/PGDBM (Finance/Marketing specialization preferred)

· Candidates with prior B2B Channel management experience preferred

· Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in BFSI, Broking, or Wealth Management domain


Role & Responsibilities

· Acquire new Equity Partners (Authorized Persons) and Wealth Partners

· Manage complete Partner Onboarding and Client Acquisition through Franchisees

· Drive Partner Activation, Retention, and engagement.
