We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who brings a strong combination of structured project management and deep expertise in organizational change. In this role, you will lead end-to-end change workstreams within complex, often technology-enabled international transformation programs. 
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end change workstreams, including scope definition, planning, RAID management, budget tracking, and quality assurance 
 Define and execute comprehensive change strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness analysis, and adoption KPIs
