About the Role

Job Description
Create, own and implement the global QHSE strategy, including frameworks, standards and governance models applied across all business units.
Lead the organisational design and integration of the Quality and HSE teams into one unified global QHSE function.
Drive strategic change management, ensuring QHSE standards are embedded across business teams responsible for operational execution.
Ensure compliance with international QHSE regulations, certification requirements and environmental sustainability standards.
Facilitate risk management frameworks, ensuring consistent identification, assessment and mitigation of operational and safety risks globally.
Elevate global safety culture, establish clearer reporting structures, and influence cross-functional leaders and regional stakeholders.
Build a high-performing, globally aligned organisation with strong leadership capability, resilience and influence.
