Your Role as Change Manager
As a pivotal figure in our Global IT Hub, you will hold full accountability for the comprehensive IT Change Management lifecycle. This includes managing Standard, Normal, and Emergency changes with a dedicated focus on streamlining processes, ensuring adherence to ITIL/ITSM best practices, and upholding our internal governance standards.
