Lime Recruitment is partnering with a large Queensland organisation to recruit a Change Manager to support the early-stage implementation of an enterprise CRM platform. This initiative forms part of a broader, multi-year enablement program aligned to the organisation’s transformation strategy.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading impact assessments, readiness assessments and process mapping activities to understand current-state customer contact and information management practices
• Working closely with business teams to identify gaps, inconsistencies and change impacts across multiple stakeholder groups
