As part of its digital transformation strategy, the AMF seeks to engage the services of a Change Management Specialist to support the deployment and adoption of Microsoft’s generative AI technologies—specifically Copilot M365. This initiative aims to progressively integrate generative AI into the core of the organization’s work practices, particularly within cross‑functional office processes.

• Following an experimentation phase and the establishment of an initial group of users and champions, the organization is preparing to launch a phase of controlled expansion for Copilot M365. This pivotal stage aims to extend the use of the tool in a structured, responsible, and value‑generating manner, while simultaneously ensuring user buy‑in and effectively managing organizational impacts.
