Change Control Analyst

Ford’s Commercial Vehicle team is expanding its Change Management capability across the V3 and V4 Transit platforms. We are seeking a Change Control Analyst to act as the primary link between UK-based functional teams and an offsite analyst group. This role will deliver change control and Bill of Materials (BoM) activities to program timing, ensuring accuracy, stability, and strong governance throughout vehicle development. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build effective relationships across a global organisation.



+ Act as the program change control expert for all BoM and change-related activities.
