About the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or MSc in IT Management) is often preferred for senior program management roles.Change Management: Assessing impact, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, risk mitigation.
- Program Management: Coordinating multiple projects, aligning with business strategy, managing dependencies.
- Leadership & Communication: Influencing stakeholders, managing resistance, clear reporting.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding IT systems, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong Area and can start Asap.
