Change Analyst

Position Overview:

The Change Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives by providing hands-on assistance across communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities. This role works closely with Change Managers, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and embedded within the organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
• Assist in identifying and analysing the impacts of change on business processes, systems, and people.
• Maintain stakeholder registers and support reporting on change progress, adoption, and resistance.
