About the Role

The Role is responsible for developing, managing, and executing market strategies and customer operations within the region. Implementing, evaluating, and optimizing strategies in alignment with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology. Closely with regional sales and after-sales teams to achieve business objectives and ensures marketing activities align with central marketing strategic framework.


  • 5+ years of experience in automotive marketing, with at least 2 years in regional marketing management/retail marketing.
  • Strong capabilities in marketing activity planning, execution, and communication/coordination.
  • Familiarity with regional market characteristics and consumer behavior. 
  • Ability to travel as required, mobile
  • Can do attitude and team spirit; Able to think strategically, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement
