We’re looking for a CFO at ecosystem level to work closely with the CEO and Founder. This is not a traditional CFO role . The mission is to design, structure and protect the financial architecture of a growing multi-company platform.

• Cashflow management across the ecosystem and ventures
• Structuring and monitoring licensing fee models
• Managing intercompany loans, repayments and interest structures
• Supporting refinancing processes with banks and financial partners
• Building simple, scalable financial frameworks for replication

• Senior finance background (CFO / Head of Finance) in scale-ups, platforms or multi-entity structures
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and cashflow-first approach
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making
• Experience with licensing or recurring fee models is a plus
