CFO

A mid‐sized industrial company located in Manresa is looking for a CFO to support its transformation and growth goals.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.

Complete all financial reports, lead the month‐end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts (inventory, P&L, etc.).

Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Provide financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision‐making.

Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports to evaluate financial performance.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Oversee external audits and ensure compliance with group standards and deadlines.

Support stock management (feedstock and finished products) and unitary cost control.

Follow up on subsidies and contribute to achieving the company's funding objectives.
