Certification Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Certification Database Management: Maintain and manage product certification databases to ensure data accuracy; Upload and maintain critical certification documents including certificates, EU/UK Declarations of Conformity (DoC), test reports, and technical files in a timely manner. - Declaration of Conformity Preparation: Professionally draft, generate, and manage EU and UK Declarations of Conformity (DoC) using internal system. - Certification Application Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting complete technical documentation to certification bodies (e.g., CQC, UL), including application forms, Technical Files, and all other required supporting materials. - Certification Purchase Order (PO) Management: Handle the creation, tracking, and management of Purchase Orders (POs) related to third-party certification testing labs and agencies. - Certification Test Schedule Tracking: Closely coordinate with internal project teams and external test ...
