Certification & Assessment Proctor

About the Role

We’re seeking a Certification & Assessment Proctor to oversee and administer tool-based exams, graded simulations, and skill certifications within Wing’s training and evaluation programs. This role ensures a fair, consistent, and secure testing environment — upholding the integrity of assessments that determine trainee readiness and qualification for client-facing deployment.

₱28,000 - ₱38,000 a month

Key Responsibilities

• Administer certification exams, simulations, and tool-based assessments (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, communication tools).
• Supervise exam sessions (both remote and on-site) to prevent misconduct, ensure rule adherence, and maintain confidentiality.
• Validate trainee identities, confirm eligibility, and ensure test environment readiness before each session.
• Record and report scores, pass/fail outcomes, and performance data accurately within the L&D tracking system.
