Job Purpose

The Coordinator is responsible for end‑to‑end development and operational management of the summer CEO Leadership Program and the Exceptionality Program, including application and admissions processes, hiring and training seasonal leadership and counsellors, coordinating communications with families and stakeholders, and overseeing program‑specific trips and year‑round follow‑up.
