Capstone are working with a renowned private property developer well known for their superior product. They are looking for a Centre Manager to manage a boutique mixed use asset within the Eastern Suburbs as it undergoes development.
The Role
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will be learning from the best in class when it comes to property asset management. You will be partnered with some of Australia’s leading food & beverage retailers on a recently redeveloped mixed-use asset with major public exposure.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
Engaging with stakeholders – both internal and with retail tenants Managing arrears Drive renewal of leases and utilise your negotiation skills Keep the team informed with analysis budgets and accurate forecasting Keep this world leading precinct safe with commitment to compliance Add to the passion fo...
