Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of the centre, ensuring smooth daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Act as the key liaison between the centre and Head Office, ensuring effective communication and implementation of policies.
• Set, monitor, and exceed performance targets to drive growth and efficiency.
• Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly reports on centre performance.
• Participate in management meetings, providing insights and updates on centre operations.
