About the Role: Hindalco is looking for a transformational finance leader to head the FORCE (Finance Centre of Excellence), a strategic platform driving enterprise-wide finance operations, governance, and transformation across Hindalco.

The Centre Head – FORCE will lead large-scale, multi-business finance shared services, covering R2R, AP, AR, Costing, and Taxation, while shaping FORCE into a digitally enabled, insight-driven finance engine.

This role goes beyond operational excellence, it is about driving enterprise value through improved cost productivity, working capital efficiency, cash flow discipline, and analytics-led decision support.
