Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with a 1-hour unpaid break
Salary: $1,100 per month

We are seeking a Centralized Specialist to support former resident and move-out operations through highly structured, documentation-driven workflows. This role focuses on reviewing move-out reconciliations, validating charges, and ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. The Centralized Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining compliance and financial accuracy by following established processes, verifying supporting documentation, and coordinating with internal teams as needed. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in repetitive, rule-based back-office work, values precision and consistency, and is comfortable handling detailed financial reviews in a centralized support environment.
