Job Description
The Centralized Services Administrator plays a pivotal role in the MSP, ensuring seamless operation, monitoring, and optimization of client IT environments. This position manages centralized tools and platforms (RMM, patch management, backup, security), delivers technical support, and drives proactive solutions for clients.
Job Responsibilities
Administer and maintain centralized MSP tools (RMM, PSA, backup, antivirus, patch management).
Monitor client systems for alerts, performance issues, and security threats; respond promptly to incidents and service requests.
Perform routine maintenance (software updates, patch deployment, system health checks).
Develop and manage automation scripts and policies to improve efficiency.
Serve as an escalation point for CS technicians.
Collaborate with Service Desk and Field Engineers on escalated issues.
Document processes, procedures, and configurations per company standards.
