Role overview

The Central Operations Manager owns day-to-day operational execution across Muvr's markets, ensuring consistency, reliability, and efficiency at scale. This role acts as the central command for monitoring marketplace performance, resolving issues in real time, and driving operational standards across cities. The Central Ops Manager partners closely with local ops, customer support, product, and analytics.
