About the Role
Ensures to deeply understand the client/business requirements and the users/customers needs.

- Tools and practices maintained and used to deliver UX services
- User research, Personas, Market research
- Empathy maps, User journeys
- Experience Maps
- Usability testing, A/B testing
- Information architecture, card sorting
- Wireframes
- Heuristic review
- Support projects with UX and UI tasks
- Stay updated on the best UX practices and methods
- Ownership of creating a UX corporate culture
- Document and support the execution of UX analysis processes
