Administration employee benefits.S/he is also responsible for documentation management, version control, and making and implementing changes for the institutional benefits and compensation Policies.Coordinate and execute internal HR communication, compensation & benefits monthly communication plan.Coordinate annual ferias events (travels & benefits).
**Main Responsibilities**:- Skandia Portal:- Cuenta Retiro y Cuenta Ahorrar employee databases- Retirees Settlement transfer to Sub account Cuenta Ahorrar- Cuenta ahorrar loan approval & reporting /monitoring insufficiency cases.
- Monthly tracking for scheduled salaries increases.
- Car bonus tracking- Support & implement compensation salary proposals.
- Execute monthly internal communication & benefit plan (Insurance, Cuenta retiro, Cuenta ahorrar, others).
- Coordinate with treasury Investments Committee plan agenda.
- Mercer Annual Compensation Survey.
