(Cen) Business Development Advisor

Support on the execution of M&A transactions across geographies worldwide, assess business development opportunities, portfolio rebalancing, support strategic planning analysis and internal consulting projects.
**Main Responsibilities**:- Participate in M&A transactions by developing valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.) and evaluating transaction investment metrics.
- Assess business development opportunities in CEMEX and non-CEMEX markets and geographies.
- Analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities which would improve CEMEX's positioning as a leader in the building materials industry.
- Participate in (and potentially lead) work streams of internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide across our 4 core businesses (cement, ready-mix, aggregates and Urbanization Solutions).
