CEM - Business Controller - Associate

Job Description

As a Business Controller, you will be a trusted advisor, responsible for providing support to the financial controllers and trading desks, ensuring that the balance sheet, cost capital and month close procedures are done correctly and accurately. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic plans, projects & initiatives, and support the financial statements and management reporting team overall demands and requests. You will be involved in understanding appropriateness of legal entity usage, coordinate the preparation of quarterly regulatory requirements, validate balance sheet usage, contribute to control self-assessments and revenue sharing relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with RWA reporting and month-end close processes
• Analyze balance sheet, (spot and Average) information
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
