We're looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join a US-based product team building and maintaining business-critical internal applications. This is a long-term engagement for someone who's comfortable operating with ownership, ambiguity, and high delivery standards.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain production Ruby on Rails applications

• Own features end-to-end, from requirements to deployment

• Collaborate closely with distributed engineering and product teams

• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and continuous delivery

• Actively communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs in a remote setup

• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend or full-stack engineer
