About the Role
We are currently searching for talented CEI Inspectors to support our Carolinas Region statewide in North Carolina. This position welcomes candidates who are willing to commute from South Carolina to work in the state of North Carolina.
To be considered for this position, applicants musthave, at minimum, an Associate's degree in an applicable area of Engineering Technology, Survey Technology or a related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution.
The successful candidate will perform technical duties supporting engineers and other professionals in the administration of highway construction. Such areas include, construction inspection, project roadway/structure inspection, materials testing, project surveying, and program/regulatory compliance. (This position corresponds with the NCDOT Engineering (Transportation) Technician I & through IV.)
