Description
The Cease Engineer is responsible for the successful offboarding of services for existing customers against an agreed offboarding criteria. This role is responsible for the completion of offboarding activities across projects, technical teams and service teams, ensuring services for the customer are offboarded or ceased effectively. The role will contribute to the development of Service offboarding practices throughout the business, supporting the Service Offboarding function in making improvements and providing a positive customer offboarding experience.
