Home time: Daily
Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
Overview
- Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
- 99% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook.
- Drive in and out of railyards within 200 miles of ramp location.
Pay and bonus potential
- Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
- Wage Scale: Hourly pay of $15 for all on duty, not driving hours (Line 4 time), Shipment pay of $10 per shipment, and Mileage pay between $0.53/mile and $0.64/mile for each assigned mile you complete (specific Shipment Pay rate depends on experience).
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
