ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role oversees monitoring operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure 24/7 readiness and effective incident response.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal communication with the operations control room and external communication with relevant agencies on CCTV-related matters.
- Manage daily operations of the control room and ensure all technical equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and supported.
- Perform daily checks to ensure cameras are clean, fully operational, and recording without interruption.
