About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Rolleston on a 2:1 roster. This Drive-In-Drive-Out (DIDO) role is perfect for individuals residing in the Bowen Basin or regional QLD. Interstate applications are considered, but relocation is required.

Position:

  • Coordinate Operations: Manage all aspects of stewarding operations, both back and front of house at the site.

  • Collaborate with Top Chefs: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless food service.

  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee food safety and maintain cleanliness of kitchens, store rooms, and equipment.

  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate a small team of Dining Utilities to deliver exceptional service.
