Catering Assistant/Kitchen Porter

Flexsource are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter / Catering Assistant on behalf of our clients based in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hard‑working individual to join a fast‑paced kitchen team and support daily catering operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

·Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and general kitchen equipment to ensure a continuous supply during service.

·Keep kitchen areas, workstations, storage rooms, and food preparation spaces clean, tidy and safe at all times.

·Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping and organising ingredients as required.

·Dispose of food waste and recyclables correctly, following all waste‑handling and recycling procedures.

·Ensure all hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards are maintained in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
