About the Role
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage product portfolio, pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization
- Lead product lifecycle management, including launches, pricing, and end-of-life decisions
- Build long-term partnerships with key clients
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity
- Drive sales growth, margin improvement, and inventory efficiency
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Teams
- Proven experience as a Category Manager or similar role in the Home Appliances (AGD) sector
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to work with data, forecasts, and financial KPIs
- Fluent English
