Reports To Chief Sales Officer / Branch Manager

Job Purpose

The Category Manager is responsible for the management of Sales and Distribution functions. Your major responsibilities are managing the company’s key accounts, overseeing the sales activities, the performance of your sales force by tracking sales goals and KPIs, setting individual sales targets and facilitate the ongoing training to the sales force. Special Working Conditions (if any) Key Responsibilities: Manage and handle key accounts (Distributors, Sub-Distributors, Stockist, Wholesalers and Supermarkets) and devote your 70 % time to the market.
