In your daily job you will:
- Supervise and develop regional leaders.

- Coach the team in the execution of the work plan to meet objectives.
- Manage commodity budget performance.
- Understand, support & communicate business objectives to the team.
- Link information to find global opportunities.
- Create strategies to meet PBU objectives.
- Provide support and solutions to any team escalation.
- Supports the SCM purchasing process as required.

**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Completed bachelor's degree
