Category Lead – Capex & Industrial Spare Parts

The Category Lead Capex & Industrial Spare Parts will be responsible for managing Capex, maintenance parts, industrial spares, fridges and transport related purchases for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies for Capex, parts and maintenance materials. Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and optimize supplier mix for this category. Ensure competitive pricing, cost transparency and value creation across this category. Manage and nurture relationships with global suppliers and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) focusing on reliability, innovation and after sales support. Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with suppliers, ensuring KPIs are discussed and mitigation plans put in place for the future and escalate any potential risk to top management on a timely basis.
