Job Description
Looking for Casual Workmen (ITI-qualified or Helpers) to support day-to-day operational, maintenance, and site activities, including basic quality checks and support for achieving daily/shift production targets as per instructions.
- Assist technicians, operators, and supervisors in routine production activities.
- Carry out basic mechanical/electrical/fabrication tasks (as applicable).
- Support achievement of daily and shift-wise production targets.
- Follow production plans, work instructions, and supervisor guidance.
- Perform basic quality checks of work done as per standard procedures.
- Inspect materials, components, and finished work for visible defects.
- Ensure work output meets quality and productivity standards.
- Report production delays, quality issues, or material shortages to supervisors.
