About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and experience working within U.S. legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from start to finish
- Prepare legal documents and demand packages
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, attorneys, and insurance companies
- Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person
- Process FOIA requests and case documentation
- Resolve medical liens and bills with providers
- Maintain organized case files in a paperless system
- Disburse settlement checks and support attorneys as needed
