Responsibilities

• Case Manager, Toronto, ON Claims adjudication: Case management of STD and LTD claims assisting clients in resolution of complex cases Absence Management Return to work coordination communication with health care providers
• Rehabilitation Specialist, Toronto, ON Track, analyze and present the quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports to policy holders.
• Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members, physicians and other health care professional.
• Develop, monitor and implement innovative vocational rehabilitations services and goal orientated rehabilitations plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability benefits.
• Coordinate the services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers.
