About the Role
Help adults in shelters as a Case Manager with The Neighbourhood Group’s Mobile Shelter Support Program. This full-time role involves supportive case management focusing on health, housing, and life skills.
As part of the Urban Health and Homelessness Services department, you will provide one-on-one support to clients across the Greater Toronto Area. The role emphasizes harm reduction and trauma-informed care while addressing complex issues like mental health, legal, and financial resources. Your ability to connect clients to essential services will be pivotal in helping them achieve their goals.
