Case Manager Assistant

Reclatam is seeking experienced Case Manager Assistants to support high-volume personal injury law firms in the United States. You will be an integral part of a specialized Pod Model (comprising 1 Case Manager and 2 Assistants), collectively managing a portfolio of approximately 300 cases.

This is a high-impact administrative role designed for legal professionals who are experts in the pre-litigation phase of US personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Documentation: Proactively collect, organize, and track medical records, police reports, and essential case evidence.
• Complex Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for depositions, medical appointments, and client consultations across various US time zones.
