You'll facilitate hands-on technical training while working closely with Supervisors and Crew Leads to evaluate apprentices' learning paths and progress. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training utilizing various instructional methods
• Develop and update aircraft instruction coursework
• Assist in managing apprentice schedules and logbook documentation
• Evaluate performance and assist with crew capabilities
